Trigger Point Therapy
This is not your typical massage. Trigger Point Therapy is focused, intentional bodywork designed to address areas of tension and discomfort and help you find relief.
While the session may be relaxing, relaxation isn’t our only goal. We’ll work together to identify areas of tension and use focused pressure and therapeutic techniques to encourage the muscles to release. Communication is an important part of the process—you’ll be encouraged to provide feedback throughout the session so we can adjust pressure, explore what your body is responding to, and work as a team toward greater comfort and ease of movement.
Every session is tailored to you and what your body needs that day. This isn’t about pushing through pain or taking a “no pain, no gain” approach. It’s purposeful, collaborative work with one goal in mind: helping you feel better.
Salt Stone Massage
This treatment combines the therapeutic benefits of massage with comforting heated stones to help ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and encourage deep relaxation.
